Access Holdings Approves H1 2026 Audited Financial Statements

The Board of Access Holdings Plc has approved its audited H1 2026 financial statements. The results will be published on NGX after CBN approval.

Lagos, Nigeria – August 28, 2026: The Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc has approved the Group’s Audited Interim Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026.

The approval was given at the Board meeting held on August 27, 2026. The financial statements will now go through the required regulatory process, including approval by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

After the CBN approval, Access Holdings will publish the audited financial statements on the Nigerian Exchange Limited. The results will also be made available to shareholders, investors and other stakeholders through the company’s official communication channels.

The company said the process shows its commitment to strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance and transparency as it continues to build a more connected financial services group in Africa and other international markets.

In line with the NGX Issuers’ Rules, Access Holdings will remain in a closed period until 24 hours after the audited financial statements are released to the public.

During the closed period, directors, insiders and their connected persons are not allowed to buy or sell shares of Access Holdings Plc directly or indirectly.
