Miss Universe Nigeria 2026 Winner: Danielle Adewusi Crowned As Full List of Winners and Awards Emerges

Lagos representative Dr Danielle Adewusi has emerged winner of Miss Universe Nigeria 2026.

Adewusi was crowned by the President of Silverbird Group and National Director of Miss Universe Nigeria, Guy Murray-Bruce, at the grand finale held on Saturday.

She will represent Nigeria at the 75th Miss Universe Festival scheduled for November 24 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Adewusi will also take her advocacy project titled Scrub the Stigma, which focuses on women’s health, to the global stage.

Final placements at the competition saw Anita Osikhena from Edo emerge as first runner-up, while Myya Jones from Cross River finished as second runner-up.

Oluwafunmibi Ajaja from Ekiti was named third runner-up and Melissa Toghanro from Delta finished as fourth runner-up.

According to Silverbird, Myya Jones received the highest number of votes in the fast-track voting process, which earned her an automatic place in the top five.

Melissa Toghanro will represent Nigeria at Miss Supranational, while Anita Osikhena was among the major award winners of the night.

Osikhena won the Pitch Your Dream competition, receiving one million naira from Yolo Island and a two-night all-expenses-paid stay at Yolo Island Beach Resort. She also won the Best Advocacy Project award with a cash prize of five hundred thousand naira and a one-year supply of Golden Penny products.

Other special award winners include Miss Akwa Ibom for Most Photogenic, Miss Ekiti for Miss Amity, Miss Edo for Best Evening Dress, Miss Oyo for Top Model, Miss Osun for Best National Costume and Miss Ogun for Best Talent.
