The commendation is contained in a letter addressed to Globacom and signed by the Principal Manager, Consumer Protection and Advocacy, Consumer Affairs Bureau, Kabiru S. Haruna.

According to the Commission, Globacom exceeded the regulatory thresholds for complaint resolution in August 2026.

The letter stated that Globacom achieved and surpassed the Commission’s complaint resolution thresholds of 90 percent and 97 percent for Level 2 complaints.

The NCC said the achievement reflects the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance, consumer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service delivery.

The Commission noted that disciplined complaint management and adherence to Service Level Agreements established by the regulator are critical to strengthening consumer confidence and fostering positive customer experience across the telecommunications industry.

It urged Globacom to sustain the performance and continue to implement measures that will enhance service quality, improve complaint resolution and deepen consumer satisfaction.

Reacting to the commendation, Globacom attributed the improvement to continuous training of its customer facing personnel and strategic investments in modern technology to strengthen operational efficiency and responsiveness.
