Entertainers are the most followed Nigerians on X for the year 2023 and David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido, leads the pack on the micro-blogging platform.

According to Statisense, 14.58 million  followers are with the Afro-pop singer on his X handle @davido. Ayodeji Ibrahim  Balogun professionally known as Wizkid comes second with 12.39 million followers.

The third position is occupied by Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu  known as Burna Boy.  His X handle, @burnaboy attracts 9.03 million followers. @DonJazzy belonging to Michael Collins Ajereh known as Don Jazzy  is next with 7.88 million followers.

A news X handle, @channelstv has 6.85 million followers.  The X handle of rapper and singer Olamide, @Olamide is followed by 6.53 million  X users.  Coming next to it is another news platform @MobilePunch which boasts of 6.53 million followers.

Disc Jockey, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy  is followed by 6.23 million X users on her X handle, @cuppymusic while internationally acclaimed Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has 6.08 million followers on her X handle, @TiwaSavage. Meanwhile,  Simisola Bolatito Kososko known as Simi has 5.54 million followers on her X handle, @SympLySimi.
