Gov. Makinde inaugurate 5-man committee to audit caretaker chairmen
Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has inaugurated 5-man committee to audit the local Government Caretaker Chairmen in the state.
Prestige News Online reports that the committee were inaugurated Wednesday evening.
According to Makinde, the committee would be led by Senator Monsurat Sunmonu, and will have four weeks to conduct the audit and hand in their report.
Speaking to media Senator Sumonu Monsurah confirmed that Mr Olaitan former deputy comptroller general of immigration, Prof Hamzat Bayo lawal (commissioner for local government) and the secretary were also members.
“The first three are members of the governor advisory council”, she said.
