MoneyMaster Lavishes Customers with Data and Airtime
MoneyMaster Payment Service Bank (MMPSB) has rejigged its mobile banking application, with strokes of elegance, efficiency and intuitive design.
The bank, a foremost player in the payment service banking landscape, announced a thoughtful recalibration of its app architecture, aimed at refining the order flow for airtime and data purchases. The result is not merely an update, but a quiet reimagining of the customer journey—one that replaces friction with fluidity, and complexity with composure.
For airtime services, the application now unfolds with a renewed visual cadence. A cleaner, more contemporary interface greets users, guiding them seamlessly through account selection, denomination choices and dynamic input validation. What once felt procedural now carries the ease of a well-rehearsed symphony.
On the data front, the transformation is even more pronounced. Products are now curated into thoughtfully arranged categories—hot, daily, weekly, monthly, exclusive and special. Each offering speaks plainly yet boldly, with data volume and validity period presented in clear, emphatic detail.
Further enriching the experience, users may now access lower airtime denominations—₦200, ₦500, ₦1,000, ₦2,000 and ₦4,000—broadening affordability while reinforcing convenience. The reordering of telecommunications products within the app equally ensures that customers encounter their preferred choices with minimal effort.
Speaking on the enhancement, the Head of Business, Tajudeen Omokhide, articulated the philosophy underpinning the innovation. He said that MoneyMaster’s mission is “to transform payments into an agile experience, capable of moving with the speed and transparency of a fintech.”
According to him, these upgrades stand as a testament to the bank’s unwavering commitment to excellence and user satisfaction, urging both existing and prospective customers to update or download the application across Android and iOS platforms.
The bank has also introduced a suite of customer rewards. Subscribers will enjoy a 100 per cent bonus on airtime purchases on Glo, while data users will receive a 10 per cent bonus on Glo data recharges—an offering designed not only to attract new users, but to reward loyalty among existing patrons. Mr Omokhide further observed that this evolving suite of products marks a significant milestone in the bank’s journey towards delivering market-relevant and customer-centric solutions.
Promoted by Globacom and duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria, MoneyMaster continues to extend its footprint across mobile wallets, savings and current accounts, as well as business banking services with the capacity to facilitate payments to over 4,000 billers.
