A statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, jointly signed by the bank’s chairman, Asue Ighodalo and Justina Lewa, the company secretary, noted that Suleiman was named Chief Financial Officer in 2012 from where he joined the board in April 2014, directly overseeing Finance and performance management, strategy and innovation, branding and communication, as well as human resource management functions.
