President Muhammadu Buhari is currently in ‘closed-door’ meeting with governors of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the State House, Abuja.
The meeting is unconnected with the naira and fuel crises currently rocking the nation which may jeopadise the chances of the APC in this month’s presidential election.
The meeting had been on since around 10.00am.
Some of the governors at the meeting are: Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna, Hope Uzodimma of Imo; Bello Matawale of Zamfara and Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State
Others are: Dave Umahi of Ebonyi, Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, Dapo Abiodun of Ogun, Mai Bala-Buni of Yobe, Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano, Sani Bello of Niger and Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara.
