Fidelity Bank to host Lagos entrepreneurs forum on sustainable business growth
Leading financial institution, Fidelity Bank Plc, has announced plans to host the Lagos edition of its Quarterly Business Forum for entrepreneurs and business owners in the state.
The forum, themed Built to Compete: Positioning Lagos Businesses for Sustainable Growth, is designed to bring together entrepreneurs, industry experts, policymakers and key stakeholders to discuss strategies for building competitive and sustainable businesses in Lagos.
According to the bank, discussions at the forum will focus on key issues affecting businesses in Lagos, including competitiveness, access to finance, market expansion, innovation, digital transformation and sustainable growth.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Divisional Head, SME Banking at Fidelity Bank Plc, Ugochi E. Osinigwe, said the forum will provide an opportunity for the bank to engage directly with entrepreneurs and understand their business needs.
She said businesses need more than capital to thrive, noting that they also require knowledge, structure, networks and the right strategies to compete and grow sustainably. She explained that through the Quarterly Business Forum, Fidelity Bank is creating a platform where entrepreneurs can learn from experienced business leaders, exchange insights and identify practical opportunities to strengthen their businesses.
The upcoming forum builds on Fidelity Bank’s existing SME-focused initiatives, which include masterclasses and advisory programmes covering pricing, digital growth, business structure, trade and market expansion.
The Quarterly Business Forum was established as a strategic engagement platform that connects entrepreneurs, business leaders, policymakers and industry experts to share practical insights on business growth, innovation and sustainability.
The initiative reflects Fidelity Bank’s commitment to supporting small and medium enterprises through tailored financing, capacity building, advisory services and knowledge-sharing platforms.
