The Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos on Wednesday granted former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose bail in the sum of fifty million naira with one surety. The court also directed that Fayose must submit his international passport to the Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court as part of the bail condition.
