Ondo Elections: Beware of ex Gov Yari, Group tells Ondo people
As the Ondo state gubernatorial election draws closer, many politicians on both sides of the two most prominent parties the PDP and APC, have been arriving in Ondo state to help solidify their parties chances in the forthcoming Saturday election.
However, we hear that prominent Arewa youths have alerted Ondo people on the antics of some of these politics.

Yari
Speaking to the press some hours ago, one of the prominent members of Arewa Group, Comrade Bello M. Magaji raised his voice of caution to Ondo people that they should be wary and cautious of ex Gov Yari of Zamfara state, who from precedents could breach the peace in the state through incitements of the people to violence.
He recalled that it was the same ex Gov Yari who during similar campaigns in time past, held a press conference precisely in year 2019 in Gusau the capital of Zamfara state, where he tried to incite the youths by using all sorts of provocative and abusive language on the former APC National Chairman Adam Oshiomole saying that ‘if Adam’s father and mother born him well, he should dear to visit Zamafara stste for any reason!’
“We know the Yoruba people are not prone to violence, they are a people of honour and very straightforward. And as such we are calling on them in Ondo state, ahead of Saturday’s election, to beware of such provocative inciting words from ex Gov Abdul Aziz yari, he is already known for his fast flaring temper and he has a short fuse, which could lead to bloodletting!” Magaji said.
