PORT HARCOURT – The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC has been working in the past twenty-five years to meet up with the needs of people living in the oil rich Niger Delta region.
For instance, in Ilepa Quarters, Ikare in Akoko North East Local Government Area, the NDDC made portable water available to residents when it carried out the construction/rehabilitation of a solar-powered water project in the area.
Residents of the community are grateful to the NDDC for ensuring that Ilepa Quarters in Ikare now has access to clean and safe drinking water.
