The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking KOF, has sent a congratulatory message to businessman Anthony Osibodu on his coronation as the Bobajiro of Ilishan-Remo.

Emmanuelking, who holds the title of Borokini of Ilishan-Remo, said the traditional title is a fitting recognition of Osibodu’s achievements, good character and contributions to community development.

The Adron boss noted that the coronation is coming on the same day as Osibodu’s birthday, describing it as a double honour and a memorable milestone in his life.

In his message, he said Osibodu’s elevation to Bobajiro reflects years of hard work, business excellence and respect earned within and outside Ilishan-Remo.

He quoted that when a man spends his years building a name of honour, honour will eventually rise to meet him, adding that Osibodu represents that example.

Emmanuelking praised Osibodu for building a successful business career with international recognition while maintaining humility, simplicity and strong family values.

He said Osibodu’s influence goes beyond business, as his approachable nature, character and commitment to people have earned him respect as a community leader.

He also referenced Osibodu’s responsibilities as Asiwaju of the Osibodu family and President of The Ilishan Club, describing them as proof of his dedication to family leadership, community service and preservation of cultural heritage.

According to him, leadership at family and community levels demands integrity, maturity, trust and the ability to bring people together for a common purpose.

Emmanuelking said the new title as Bobajiro is significant because it strengthens Osibodu’s ties to his roots and places on him greater responsibility to contribute to the progress of Ilishan-Remo.

He expressed confidence that Osibodu will bring wisdom, dignity and selfless service to the traditional institution, building on the values that have shaped his personal and professional life.

He added that the coincidence of the coronation and birthday provides a special opportunity to celebrate both personal growth and communal recognition.

The Adron chairman prayed for God’s protection, good health, wisdom and prosperity for Osibodu, noting that the new age and new title should open doors to greater fulfilment and fresh opportunities.

He wished him many more years of impactful leadership, philanthropy and service to humanity.

Emmanuelking concluded by congratulating the new Bobajiro of Ilishan-Remo on his coronation and birthday, wishing him success in this new chapter.
