ACT Foundation Hosts 2026 Breakfast Dialogue On Youth Enterprise Growth In Africa

The Aspire Coronation Trust Foundation has announced the hosting of the 2026 edition of its annual flagship event, the ACT Foundation Breakfast Dialogue, scheduled for today, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

This year’s edition is themed From Skills to Scale: Building the Ecosystems Africa’s Young Enterprises Need to Thrive and will be held virtually.

According to the organisers, the Dialogue is set to address the widening gaps between skills acquisition, access to capital, and market opportunities that continue to affect young entrepreneurs across the continent.

The event will bring together leaders from government, corporate, finance and social sectors to discuss practical ways to move from isolated support programmes to building connected and sustainable ecosystems that can help youth-led businesses grow from survival to scale.

The keynote address will be delivered by renowned Executive Coach and Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gemstone Group, Fela Durotoye, who is expected to speak on building Africa’s next generation of sustainable enterprises.

Other speakers expected at the event include Mezuo Nwuneli of Sahel Capital, Dr. Chinyere Almona of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Abiodun Olubitan of Access Bank PLC, Andrew Tarazid-Tarawali of Small Foundation, Tochukwu Ezeukwu of Capital As A Force, and Andrew Olowude of Xenet AI.

The sessions will be moderated by Chinonso Clark of Lead For Good Africa and Em Ekong of Urban Inclusion Community Ltd, while the event will be hosted by Omoye Oriaghan, Chief Executive Officer of CO Communications Limited.

One of the major highlights of this year’s Dialogue is the unveiling of the 2026 Opportunity Compact, an initiative that will capture actionable and measurable commitments from stakeholders across sectors to strengthen SME growth infrastructure across Africa.
